Join us for Nouveau Night, Thursday November 20th from 4:30-8pm, when we invite guests into the wine cellar to bottle the first wine – new, or “nouveau,” – made from our 2025 Harvest.
Having gone through such a short fermentation period, we promise you a red wine that’s light, bright, and jubilantly fruity – pleasing to every palate & perfect for the holidays!
Each ticket holder will take a turn bottling, corking, and labeling their very own bottle of wine to take home, with refreshments and light hors d’eourves available while they wait.
Tickets include: 3 wine tastings, 1 glass of wine, light hors d’oeuvres and a bottle of wine that YOU bottle and take home.
Inspired by the French tradition of “Beaujolais Day,” our hometown Nouveau Night festivities are about our community coming together, cheering on our local farmers, and enjoying the literal fruits of their labor!
